Is a college scholarship guaranteed?

No. And anyone who guarantees scholarships is lying.
What is guaranteed is clear structure, guided execution, and accountability so your athlete is properly positioned to be evaluated by college coaches. Recruiting decisions are ultimately made by coaches — not programs like this.

What will my athlete have at the end of the program?

How is this different from just posting on social media?

Posting is not recruiting.
The Recruiting Hub focuses on evaluation-based visibility, structured outreach, and follow-ups that college coaches actually respond to — not likes or views.

Is this only for elite or Division I athletes?

No.
The Hub is designed for realistic recruiting, meaning Division I, II, III, NAIA, and JUCO — depending on the athlete’s level, academics, and fit.

Do parents need to be involved?

Yes — and that’s intentional.
Recruiting is a family process. Parents receive education, clarity, and structure so they can support their athlete the right way without overstepping or guessing.

How long do families need to stay in the Hub?

There is a minimum 6-month commitment.
Recruiting does not happen in 30 days — and we don’t pretend it does. After 6 months, families may continue month-to-month with 30-day written notice to cancel.

When does the monthly subscription start?

Families pay the setup fee today to begin onboarding.
The monthly subscription begins 30 days later, allowing time to build profiles, set strategy, and start outreach before billing begins.

What if my athlete already has some interest?

That’s great — and it’s actually where this system works best.
The Hub helps organize interest, expand options, and prevent rushed or misaligned decisions.

What if my athlete is just getting started?

That’s fine too.
We meet families where they are and focus on building readiness, visibility, and a real plan instead of waiting and hoping.

Is the VISIBLE Package included?

No.
The VISIBLE Package™ is an optional add-on for families who want done-for-you visibility and social optimization. It is offered separately.

Cancellation Policy – NIL$ense Recruiting Hub™

🔒 Minimum Commitment

The NIL$ense Recruiting Hub requires a minimum 6-month commitment.
Recruiting is a process, not a quick fix, and this structure ensures families have enough time to execute properly.

📅 Monthly Billing

  • The setup fee is paid at enrollment and is non-refundable.

  • Monthly subscription payments begin 30 days after enrollment and are billed every 30 days thereafter.

✋ How to Cancel

After the initial 6-month commitment:

  • Families may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email to officially stop future billing.

  • Subscription access will remain active through the end of the final billing cycle.

❌ Early Cancellation

  • Early cancellation before the 6-month commitment is fulfilled does not waive remaining payments.

No refunds are issued for payments already processed.
